Diaframmi Chiusi Festival
Dal 24 aprile al 3 maggio, avrà luogo a Chiusi, in Toscana, un piccolo ma interessante festival di fotografia, il Diaframmi Chiusi Festival. Su invito degli organizzatori, le mie foto della serie “Insulae” verranno esposte all’interno della Casa della Cultura, nel centro storico della città.

Naked City Project
Il 27 e 28 febbraio, nel complesso dell’ex cartiera latina, Naked City Project, con VISIVA e Linux Club Italia, presenta 2NC-Fest, seconda edizione del festival di narrazioni urbane multimediali: photo-screening, multimedia, videoart, vjing, performance, cartografie digitali, web-doc e convegni, esploreranno e racconteranno la realtà urbana in costante e problematica trasformazione. Io ho il piacere di partecipare come membro del Collettivo NCP, con foto dalla mia serie Insulae

Commended photo at the Sony World Photography Awards 2014!
I am very pleased to announce that I am one of 50 photographers to be commended at the 2014 Sony World Photography Awards in the Low Light category. I am honored to be recognized in a competition that received 139,554 entries from 166 countries. The commended photograph, part of the series “Fiori 24h”, will be displayed at Somerset House as part of World Photo, London England, from May 1 – May 18, 2014. Fiori 24h around the world
In the last months, my “Fiori 24h” series has literally traveled the world through websites, blogs and tumblr posts. It all started when I published it in my Behance profile, where it had good success (even arriving in the “Photography served” section). Somebody then posted it on Tumblr, where it has been liked or reblogged more than 20.000 times, and even landed on the homepage! The Tumblr success drew the attention of various international website editors, who have spread the story of the Roman flower kiosks all around the world.
